From food waste to new dishes!

With the flavorful goodness of organic farming, we take leftover food waste and turn them into new produce. The remaining waste are then fermented into organic fertilizer for use in vegetable gardens, farms, and agricultural areas to reduce chemical usage. Additionally, they can also be used for cleaning purposes within the hotel premises.

We not only recognize the importance of reducing waste but also add value to the produce derived from food waste by crafting them into special dishes.
