Training Supervisor

JOB TITLE : Personnel Coordinator
DEPARTMENT : Human Resources
REPORT TO : Personnel Supervisor

GENERAL MISSION

Responsible for registering new employees and for providing them with the necessary information’s concerning security, employees’ facilities and attendance record.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
  • Responsible for checking working schedule from each department in Time Attendance System.
  • Assist other members of Human Resource Department when directed and when required.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Check application for leave of staff that approved by authorized personnel and send to Timekeeper office on time.
  • Input all leave record to Time Attendance system.
  • Provide Monthly Leave balance report to Department Concerned
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for checking time sheet that all staffs signs in/out, complete and verify by department head.
  • Issue time attendance monthly report to department concerned.
  • Responsible for inspecting locker room and recreation room.
  • Update the employees’ night shift and split shift file for spending to the paymaster.
  • Follow up overtime hours, compile all the documents needed and send the original to the paymaster.
  • Keep all the staff boards updated; add or change necessary information.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating of annual staff physical check up.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Able to welcome all guests at the hotel/department upon arrival and provide basic information as and when required.
  • Work according to Hotel standard.
HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/ hotel
RELATIONSHIP
  • Establish Effective Employee relations, maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotels guest, clients, head of department and employees.
