
SPA HOSTESS
JOB TITLE : SPA HOSTESS
DEPARTMENT : SPA
REPORT TO : SPA MANAGER
GENERAL MISSION
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa front desk.
- He/she must have been able to exhibit an excellent level of customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MEANS
- Ensure all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary focus on operations of the front desk, telephone, sense of guest arrival/departure, and management and stock of main lobby retail area.
- Collection and recording of all service/product transactions.
- Retail and public area inventory management. In charge of shift cash and transaction records till (credit card slips and other sales invoices), shift sales report and daily sales summaries.
- Coordination of guest/therapist booking.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a smooth operation of registration and cashiering functions of Spa Reception
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
- Handle lost and found items
- Monitors general transition areas for guests like public change rooms, relaxation lounges and main lobby.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Well versed in all areas of retail/service and available to answer any questions that guests may have and be able to give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.
- Coordinates use of other sources of client database to make use of un-booked time slots, cancelled/no-show bookings or appointment blocks.

- Reports directly to the Spa Manager
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required by Spa Manager both within and outside the Hotel
RELATIONSHIP
- Establish Effective Employee relations, maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotels guest, clients, head of department and employees.
