He is one’s favorite disciple of Michelin – Starred Chef Tam Kwok Fung, for 19 years that they worked together. He learned to serve unique and full-flavored dishes that reflect the real taste of Cantonese cuisine. Chef Natcher always believes that food is not only has to taste good, but it must also provide nourishment and bring balance to body and soul.
