JOB TITLE : Refrigerator/ Air Condition
DEPARTMENT : Engineering
REPORT TO : Assistant to Director of Engineering

GENERAL MISSION

To maintenance, repair, install all chiller boiler, AHU, exhaust and cooling system and other concerned system, maintain all safety devised and keep all equipment up to standard of manufactures specification.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Ensure that all chiller boiler, AHU, exhaust and cooling system and other concerned system are well maintain and in good conditions
• Make sure all job assigned or maintenance order are completed done.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take daily record for chiller, boiler, hot water, and freezer system immediately report to supervisor if find something wrong (Generator, fire pump)
• Preventive maintenance to clean air filler of AHU, AE and feed oil to moving part.
• Daily report to supervisor and keep follow up uncompleted job.
• To record daily work done, check preventive maintenance schedule for the E&M equipment.
• Take record of electricity and water consumption meter daily.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take daily guest room’s equipment maintenance order.
• Do all work in good safe and corrected method.
• Return all borrow equipment to store keeper.
• Keep work place cleaned.
• Keep stand by until other duty staff ready to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Monthly check fire extinguisher.
• Check & fill up checklist and log sheets.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with all levels of staff in the Engineering division.
• Cooperate & liaise with his superior & other various tradesmen

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attends all training sessions as scheduled
• Cooperate with banquet and F&B Staff and in other department

RELATIONSHIP

• Establish Effective Employee relations, maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotels guest, clients, head of department and employees.
